Default s2000 envy

How often do you get RSX owners, civic, tsx, tl etc etc owners give you thumbs up or just flat out envy ownership of the s2000... I personally think the s2000 is secon to the NSX in truly elite engineering.

Lots of looks from all types of drivers. I don't know about thumbs up from other drives, but I know I usually exchange honks or waives with other s2k drivers. Its really a fun community to be a part of when you go to the meets and stuff. I owned other "cool" cars, but never got this kind of experiance out of ownership.

From the few S2K owners I've seen, waves and thumbs up were exhanged. I don't get the same from other Honda owners, but I do notice them staring as they go past (but obviously I'm staring too, so that's not saying much )

One time when I was coming down from the Mulholland/Malibu Canyon run and heading east of PCH, I saw a New Formula Red (same color as mine) flashing the headlights from the opposite direction. I instantly knew what it meant and as we got closer we exchanged enthusiastic wave and thumbs-up.

Well, having said that, I truly admire and respect fellow S2000 owners. Their repectful attitude toward other fellow owners is bar none.

There are a couple owners that did not wave back ... They do now when they see me, 'cause when I'm honking and flailing my arms ... it is easier just to wave and smile - much less of a scene made

Yep I was a bit envious before I made the switch from my rsx over to the s2k. And for the thread-starter, I was extremelllly close to getting an srt-4.

I have gotten several thumbs up from modded RSX drivers around here. Guys in modded civics have also given me compliments, but other civic guys have not given so much love but I guess I would be pissed off if I drove a civic too. I usually get compliments from people at the gas station too, but they usually say nice car, what kind is it?
