Default S2000 with Ferrari badges. Okay, that does it.

Yeah, I know. I get all angry when people post issues of subjective nature....
Y'know, like "I can't believe this person did that with their car, it's so tasteless!"

You just can't do that. People like what they like, ya gotta let it go.

But....but..... about 20 minutes ago, while driving through Rock Island, IL, I saw a red S2000 with ....yes, indeed.... yellow "S.F." Ferrari stickers on the fenders. The same spot that you put them on Ferraris as an option.

That should be illegal. I guess I had to vent!

Thats a disgrace. If a person can't afford a real ferrari, just let it go....... be happy in your S2K.....

Thats worse than putting tons of Vtec/Powered by Honda stickers on a Honda..... Thats the true definiteion of "ricey".

Why do it? The knowledgable won't respect you and the ignorant won't matter.
Is this a pick-up ploy?

Shameful.

The only remotely ricey things on my car are STi badges on my fenders, and some silver mesh grilling. The STi badges aren't really false advertising though, since I do have an STi Version 5 suspension in my car.

That S2000 though, that.... that just really ticked me off. I saw it coming from across the intersection, pointed it out to my fiancee, and then..... I saw the stickers. Totally ruined the moment.

Still isn't the worst I ever saw, though. The worst for me was an '80s Ford Escort with BMW roundels replacing all the Ford badges.

Saw that in Dover, NH a couple years ago.

This is PERFECT...couldn't have said it better myself.

The best (or worst) misbadged car that I have seen was a mid 80's POS Mustang LX convertible. It had a BMW 540i badge on the lip of the trunk lid.

Never underestimate your ability to explain what some people in this world do...some things defy reason. But hopefully this was just a joke...you never know.
