A good friend just texted me these photos, happened right by my house in Austin Texas(near 51st and Airport)

Said the front driver side was pretty smashed, it was abandoned and the police weren't there yet. Anyone know this car? Crazy to see a LGP wrecked and ditched, thinking maybe theft...

 

i see people across the street, one who appears to be on the phone. possible hit and run and owner was talking to police/ins on the phone as well as witnesses?

I really hope it isn't that really clean Laguna Blue S2k that someone was selling a month ago in Texas that had about 16k miles on it.

 

Why would the guy blank out the plate number? That'd attract the cops if nothing else.

Maybe it was stolen and the thief took it for a joyride?

 

I certainly hope not! That is all sorts of disrespectful to the owner of the car. Would hate it if that happened to my car.

 

What I wanted before settling on a SS....so sad.
