bad: stuck behind a garbage truck
Good: Driving the car every day; making "better than automatic" gear shifts
Bad: can't see a thing when driving home across Yokohama Bay Bridge in the middle of a bloody great typhoon behind the spray of bloody great truck; making "a lot worse than automatic" gear shifts
guess the gear-shift thing is the driver, not the car

: Winning autocrosses.

: SESM 2005 (I didn't go.)
: All the people who are compelled to come up and tell me how cool my car is.
: The few people who have been compelled to come up and tell me what a piece of crap my car is.Too many to list.

Cool thread though.
XViper my friend, are you OK?
The S2000 is such a good car I bought it twice. After much thought and many test drives including the Lotus,350z, Z4 ,911, 2006 Corvette I simply could not get a better more fun car. Its reliable, relatively cheap, fast enough, loud, has classic looks ...
My best experience- riding along the highway at 2am alone with my upgraded stereo blasting.
As for xviper- I have noticed the most useful members also sometimes have the shortest tempers. I think they care about the forum so much they can't take the trivial aspects of it, of which there are quite a few. I have been using the forum to upgrade my audio system and have got some incredible help from the regulars on the electronics forum who have answered most of my idiotic questions. Learning how to do my own audio has been a nice experience for me. When I SC my car I am sure I will look to Xviper to help me out. In fact I wish he could put together the definitive " Idiots Guide to installing a supercharger"
