Default S2000 the greatest name for a car ever???

I think so; it rolls right off of the tongue like no other car name. For some people it marks the year the car was introduced, for the enthusiasts who know, it is the displacement of the engine. The name itself is as simple as the original car was, pure and minimalist.

I am not a writer, but this is how I feel the name of the car is, and what it means to me. I love to say, "the S2000" when I am talking about my car, and not refer to it just as, "my car". It sounds cool, and I hope that they don

Yea I agree with ruexp67. after the first couple of times it gets redundant. And I refer to it as "the S" also.

Sometimes when I say "S2000" people confuse it for the year... And saying "2003 S2000" just confuses them even more...

I can recall instances in the past when Honda had referred to the car as an 'S-Type' or 'Type-S'......I would get service reminders from my dealer telling me my 'S-Type' was due for an oil change or something.

And a lot refer the the car as my 'Stook'.
