Default S2000 Handling in the twisties?!

I have been in an S2000 once and it was a short drive due to certain circumstances. And now I am thinking of purchasing one...

I live in the pocono mts and we have a lot of backroads and that is a main reason for me looking at the stook.

So in comparison to like an integra or something of that nature, how does it handle. I know my SE-R handles pretty well.

In say an integra where you can go say 50mph on a backroad how much faster could a S2000 handle it.

I know the question is kind of weird, but I am tired of looking at slalom speeds and skidpad #'s. I want some real world stats.

thanks!

There is no comparison. Your best bet is to test drive one. Better yet, ask a buddy to autox or just ride along. You won't be disappointed.
Your question about the 50mph turn is too vague. There are many factors that allow a person to drive faster through a given turn. There are drivers in this world that could spank many of us on this board(including me of course ) in a Saturn around a race track.

Note:
If you're not familier with RWD you might find that performance in the twisties is either inferior to the cars you mentioned or comes at a high cost.

I hope you arent saying that RWD cars dont handle as well as FWD cars. Rather I hope you are saying that those who have only driven FWD dont know how to get a RWD car (the only real set up for a sports car) to handle well.

Yes, I am used to My FWD se-r and it's light understeer characteristics(which is fun). But I think once I learn rwd, I will have much more fun.

There is nothing like the S2000 on mountain roads! This car handles the "twisties" like it is on rails, the balance of this vehicle is incredible, and of course, there is nothing like a mountain drive with the top down!

The S2000 would be a great choice but a Miata would also be a good bet for the twisties.
