I don't know these guys personally but a very good friend of mine who does all my mechanical work on my MR2 and who also drives Formula3 cars does a lot of work with K&N in the UK. He's the one that put them on to me, I definitley trust him and if he say's the guy @ K&N is trustowrthy that'll do me. Of course if they do anything to my stook then there will be trouble. I'm gonna get my mate to check it out before and after they've had a play.

If your loaning them your S2000 is only an informal thing (and they don't sign any paperwork that holds them liable) then even if they do something bad to your car you will most likely have no legal recourse.

And why is K&N (as US company) doing R&D their in UK on a car they can do at home in the states? That just doesn't make sense. And without a prototype filter for the S2000, why would they need your car for more than a few hours? I guess I'm just not as trusting as you. Good luck!!
