I was channel surfing last night and came across Dave's late show. They were doing one of their "out on the street" deals, giving rides around the block in a silver S2000. Dave raved about the car and gave all the specs, but never once did I hear him say "Honda". Oh, well, at least they showed the car in a good light.

 

This was the second time they did this bit. This time Dave asked the guy to tell the audience what kind of car it was and the guy said "Honda S2000" Dave replied "That's a sweet ride".

 

Anyone have this in an AVI or MPEG? Would be great to have a clip of that.

 

Did anyone noticed the car was a new 2002 Sebring Silver S2000? But, it had an old Shift Knob?

 

of course i missed the first 15 mins... i'm assuming that's when they did the bit?????
some guy just offered to give rides or did letterman ask him to?
i know jay leno reruns the same episode exactly a week later but at like 2am... what's the deal w/letterman reruns
