I'm using Firefox 20.0.1 right now. Should I try IE or Safari?

I tried to look for the PDF file online on the MyHonda website but just like a previous user posted, I only got the table of contents. Couldn't really click further into it. I used Google Chrome and I believe my Adobe Acrobat Reader is 100% up to date.
