over the years, I noticed that some manual cars are harder to use then others. Especically domestic cars like fords are harder to use then some jap cars. Mustangs are one of the worse in my mind and toyotas are one of the easiest. what do you consider s2000? out of scale 1-10 1 easiest and 10 hardest.. thanks

Well when I rode in the airgate's s2000 (YOU ARE THE MAN... THANK YOU SO MUCH... I can die happy now), he made shifting look so easy! I am still learning how to drive a stick shift so I won't hurt my future s2k

I found the S much easier to drive than my new celica, although quite a bit more difficult than the sentra spec v I drove right before it.

I'll have to say it's the easiest I've ever driven. I don't mean to insult anyone but if you find it hard you should stick to an auto

I 'm not sure what you mean by easier to drive, but the 2 other sticks I drive right now (Civic Si and MR2) are easier and smoother shifting than my S.

Being that this is my 4th car.. and all have been Stick... I say at frist it was weird.. because i wasn't use to the 6th gear.. but over all pretty good.. The jeep I had in High school HORRIBLE.. <Suzuki go figure> My RX7 I got after high school LOVED it awesome... The Civic I had it was ok.. slow as hell but ok.. and now that i got the S.... Very good I likes.. I'm still getting use to it.. and it's sorta weird cause i don't ride the gears too long as i did with the civic.. but i likes!!

I have only owned standard cars since my first one in 69, had 3 on the tree, three on the floor, 4 sp, 5 sp and now my first 6 speed. I think that the 6 sp could be more confusing to a novice, maybe there could be a gear indicator light to help them out. As for myself I didn't have any problems and find it a very easy car to shift. It is no more confusing than going from a standard with reverse on left or to one with reverse on the right like our cars.

The S was the third stick I had ever driven, and I had only been driving stick for a week when i drove it. I think maybe you should try not to pass judgement so easily.
