Atleast 2-3 times I week I have somebody tell me that my car is "cute". Drives me crazy! If I wanted cute I`d have a Miata or Toyota

The first time my mother saw my S2000, I asked her what she thought of it. She said, "It's nice, but the Miata is cuter." I took that as a compliment, although she didn't intend it that way.

If the Miata is cute, the S2000 is mean.

Wanna hear the ultimate insult? Two of my friends have knicknamed it "the Miata" 'cause they know it drives me crazy. When I start spouting performance and coolness they just laugh at me.

The stook may be cute, but at least we don't have 4 simultaneous threads running about whether we own girly cars, like on the Miata boards. Serious lack of confidence in their masculinity from those guys.

 

I hate it when people call it cute...if a random female says it's a cute car, I just ignore it.

 

I've had the "cute" comment also. Was an older woman. Young girls have said "cool" though!!! We'll just have to deal with it I guess.
