S2000 Offroad?
hey guys! how well do you think the s2k holds up off road? im asking this because my dad will be taking my car for a week and im worried about how my car will handle it. he lives in a city called pinon hills off the CA-138 near phelan. if anyone knows that area, they would know that it is all DIRT. the only thing that im worried about is my suspensions because im dropped on espelirs on stock shocks. all that bouncing over rocks and stuff....
hopefully my shocks dont die out in a week. my car is only 3 months old!!

well the thing is, his truck is getting fixed. and this is while im gonna be on a short vacation. only makes sense to let him use my car while i'm not using it. only other car is my sisters TC but i cant let her take my car. she doesnt know how to drive stick.
I think my owners manual even say's something like "the S2000 is meant to be driven on well maintained paved roads" (not verbatim). Also it has recently come to my attention that the S2000's ECU suspendeds misfire monitoring on rough or bumpy roads. You may want to consider an alternative.

The car does OK on short bits of unpaved roads. You do not want to drive it for a week on such roads regularly. Frankly, I'd rent a car for a week.
If you drive a convertable on a dirt road with the top down you could end up with an interior covered with dust. Also look in the owners manual, I'm pretty sure they say not to do it. Any damage sustained would not be covered by warranty.
