Some patterns are beginning to emerge for exterior colors and interior combinations:
Year 2000: Vin 1790-1791 BB/Black
Year 2004: Vin 1238-1242 NFR/Black
Year 2004: Vin 1871-1883 Silverstone/Black
Looks like vehicles were produced in batches of exterior color/interior combinations. More data is needed to fill in the gaps and expand the ranges to confirm.

I hope we get a lot more data so that we can form some conclusions.
Another thing that fascinates me is that the most listings are in Model Year 2000 and the second most in Model Year 2002. I wonder why.

From the very beginning model year 2000 had the most participants, but lately model year 2002 has started to catch up. That doesn't surprise me. What surprises me is that 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005 are lagging behind. I'd have thought that there would be a fairly even spread over the first 6 years. As a matter of fact, I'd have thought that 2000 would be the smallest year of the first six years due to age and attrition.
I'm not surpised that 2007,2008 and 2009 are falling behind. I think that's when the sales started to fall off.
