Default S2000 restoration?

Just wondering if 20-30 years from now s2000s will be restored like '57 Chevys ,old Corvettes, old Triumphs, Jags etc

Right now we are enjoying and caring for a limited number of vehicles but they are wearing out and some are butchered or wrecked.

At some point will some start rebuilding?

I've been slowing restoring mine, such as fixing a siezed suspension, replacing rusty bolts and molding pieces, ect.. For example, when i first bought the car it had a cr knob that was locktited to the shift lever; now it has a new lever and knob. Easy fixes, but I want to make her mint to my standards.

I truly believe that the S2000 will be a classic car similar to the 60's MG's and Alfas and yes, many will be restored. I'm planning on keeping mine for the rest of my life so I'm starting to buy some replacement parts now. I'm sure my car will need a slight restoration in 10-15 years.

Actually, people are already restoring these cars. Unfortunately, there are a lot of totaled S2000s that have been restored with a clean title covering up the car's history. There is a black one on ebay right now, actually.
People will restore any car. It isn't limited to collectable, classic cars only. So yes.
