I get a new personal tag almost every year. I give my old ones away to people with like cars. In the U.S. a tag is transferable (in the same state) to someone else, you just sign a release to release it to whoever, that's it.
I had HOT-VETT on the back of my 67 Stingray and gave the tag to my mechanic friend who also has a Vette.
I have F1 HONDA now

GBP 650.00
(approximately US $1,353.30)

No ****ing way. My JDM plates were $40. Since when are you able to get vanity plates over there? I thought that wasn't available.

.........If I had the money I'd pay that much for your AP2 9k RPM cluster though.

I like how you can notice the progression of the car in these pics.

You can custome order those plates in the states. They are like 20-40 USD. The custom plate on my wife's Element is 20/year.

Why is EVERYTHING in europe so dang $$$? I just don't get it.

This is a state-legal plate, not a vanity or other unofficial piece. Since you can't get customized plates in UK, having one that looks customized is a big deal, and in UK, people will pay $$$, or
