it will but you have to make a few modifications so the bars will fold down on the glass window. there is a DIY on just search for it.

in the fabrics/crafts section in walmart there are these $1 or so black patches and there is this tiny $10 iron. it's a nice cheap temporary fix.

Seek and ye shall find!!

Also, check topsonline.com for a cheap good quality alternative to the OEM, that comes with glass, instructions and any extra hardware you need to do the job.

Go with denim, it is identical to honda oem material. The other cloth, I forget what it's called, is like the finer material used on BMWs and Mercedes. The Robbins tops are just a brand with a good reputation, that's why they are more expensive, there is no tangible difference in quality between them and the other brand (EZ-on?? I can't remember wha they are called exactly either, anyway...). Many have bought from this place, and I have only heard good feedback. I also will buy from them very soon, as my plastic window has a cut in it.
