What's the difference?? Is it only the hard top?

GT = Hardtop with the car. That's it. As far as I know, VGS is still only available in Japan.

Yes and no.
In the model year 2001, Spa Yellow was only offered with hardtop, front and rear lips and side strakes. If you wanted Spa, that was the only way you could buy it. Later, we could buy it in Spa without all the stuff on it. It was NOT called a "GT". That seemed to be a peculiarity in the UK.
