Default S2000: Shared platform?

Is the S2000 a unique platform (chassis) or is it shared with other Honda cars?

BTW: it's just a bit odd that the spell check for this site kicks-out "S2000"!

The S2000 is currently a completely unique platform, built from the ground up to be a convertible.

Let's see... How many other Honda vehicles might share a rear-wheel drive platform with the S2000?

Now built in Suzuka along with other low-volume models.

Yes, the platform, engine, tranny, differential...basically everything but standard stuff like bolts, wiper motors, alternators and stuff like that is unique to the S2000.

The S2000 will soon share it's platform with the DSX concept car that's supposed to be positioned between the S2000 and upcoming Acura HSC.

DSX? sounds like it'll be an Acura here in the US.

Maybe...maybe not, lest we forget the venerable CRX.
