we have a member running a custom 3 inch on his ap2, and guess what, power gains and no trq loss, dyno tested!! but anything from 63-76mm is going to make good power!

ya, wander over the 230rwhp na thread in the JDM fourm and read all about it. he makes 222rwhp with bolt ons on the stock ecu.

give me the link please. So he gained about 10HP? Would he have made lesser power if went 2.5 inch? What size of test pipe did he use? 2.5 or 3? Resonated? Unresonated?

dont know how to do the link think, but his name is HvRRZ, just pm him, he'll be happy to show you his dyno sheet and give you the spec on his setup. i think hes running KNfilter, hytech header, and 3 inch pipe. thats it.

If you aim to get the max hp from just an exhaust then go T1R 70R It will be good for FI and NA setup.
