Welcome on board. We are trying to get all the owners together ..... probably 14 there about. The current price POA is about $180 - 190k, depending on the COE.

Hey you look like one of the guys here ........ for a moment I thought it was a prank

Gee... I feel left out.

I own a red Stook in KL and about the only other S I see around are at car dealerships.

Currently my cars at Master Body, spun off Karak highway a couple of weeks back......sniff.

Not too bad though, chassis was hardly affected. But I was amazed to see how cheap spare parts are in Singapore. I know that parts tax there is only 5% compared to 40% here, but its still far cheaper than I thought.

I'll be changing some stuff though. What do you guys think of Advan TC II rims in 16". Any one know if the new 2002 or '03 shocks and springs can be fitted to my '99?

Nice to know there are enthusiasts owners nearby.

ulu yam .. you are lucky that you can get your parts from singapore.... here in Australia .. they are damn ex. The new 2002 shocks from my understanding can fit on the 99 .. but you have to change all 4 ...

thanks yuchen......but can't seem to find 02 shocks around. gotta order from Japan. BTW the springs for the 02 are different too, so are the anti roll bars.

So maybe i'd just plonk in a Tanabe or Tien or HKS Hipermax adjustable set in and lower the bugger while I'm at it

hey ulu_yam,
How much did you pay for your car? if you don't mind me asking. I'm asking because I'm Malaysian too and and according to my calculations (assuming U.S. base price and 300% tax) the car would come to RM0.5M in Malaysia.

Well, if a m'sian is overseas for more than 1 or 2 yrs, then they can import one car back with very low or no taxes, I was told. Many people hence buy mercs and stuffs overseas.

Ulu> I had an accident before, and trust me ... you are not going to be able to get any genuine s2k parts (esp suspension, tranny, engine etc) without having to order it from japan where the only factory making s2k parts are. I waited in total 2 mths for parts ... sheexz
