Interesting that the seller claims that the wheel is usable on other Honda's, while we have been told that the VGS wheel has a different spline to prevent it from being used on non-VGS cars.

 

Is that true, he has it mounted on his Civic in the picture. Some of the Civis guys use our steerring wheel on their Civic, and this one is mounted as well (?).

 

We did the research on this when we saw the Type V wheel in Japan and we all wanted it! They don't fit (splines are different), so I'm guessing that the V wheel was sitting in the Civic and not operational, since there isn't an adaptor kit.

VGS=Variable Gearing Steering
