i just looked at the exhaust, thats gonna sound like ass, no h/x pipe at all.
tahoe motor is iron block, gonna weight a ton. lsx swap would be all aluminium, not too mention more displacement and better breathing up top. the cam in that motor is for grunt/towing. i guess if you want to yank a stump outa the ground with your s2k this would be perfect.

2809/240= 11.7 weight to power ratio stock.
3209/320= 10.0 weight to power with this swap.
Not a bad improvement, but when you think about all the other motors that would have been better, pretty crappy.
