damnn... as the saying goes... cars can be replaced, people cant! just be thankful that you're 2-0 with serious car crashes... glad to see that your closest relative wasn't posting on your behalf because you were gone

It still amazes me to this day what our little car can take....................and let the driver just WALK AWAY!!! Amazing.

Glad everybody is alive and well.
I would have to agree that the care is definately safe. Dipped my tire going around a turn first of the month and did a few spins, crossed two lanes of traffic, a median and two more lanes of traffic before slidding into a ditch and doing a final spin before coming to a stop. I walked away fine and the car only has 5K worth of damage. And most of that goest to the rocker panel on the driver side and suspension . . . which is totally shot. No frame damage at all and I know for a fact that I bounced twice.

Also found out from the insurance company that the car caries a "above average" safety rating. Most cars carry an average rating.

Get well.

ya i am glad you are ok there gemini. I too just found out myself a few mins ago that my friend totaled his 04 accord yesterday. Some lady cut him off on the highway and hit a exppedition. I am glad to say though that he came out virtually unharmed. This just furthers my confidence with honda and there cars. They are one tuff bunch.
