Hey man, this is awesome. I sold my CR in January and since it sold, I've seen others (CR and non CRs) and have had a little regret coming to market so early, maybe not having time to participate in the auction as much as others have, etc.
This tool actually lets me see that I wasn't too far off with other CRs with similar mileage and timeframe for auction. Thanks for putting together this Tableau!

Actually it's pretty clear they're already using Tableau for the back end of their embedded charts, and they've done a solid job IMO, considering they'd naturally want their format to A) be usable across all makes and models, and B) update automatically (i.e. be regenerated on the fly) within a few minutes of the close of each auction. The context popups and clickable links in their plots are also custom additions, I believe.
Note that my viz does *not* update automatically, since I have to manually generate each entry in an offline spreadsheet, then port to Tableau, then refresh the upload. I try to do it once a week or so, but TBH I've waited as long as a couple of months when things are quiet.
Anyway, I've just refreshed the viz to incorporate results through yesterday.

Updated thru yesterday. One notable new result is the '08 ABP CR Delete which sold for $75.5K, almost $20K more than it brought 19 months earlier on BaT! To show only such repeat sales (and their original sales of course), uncheck the "Null" entry in the "Repeat Listing". Hovering over the data points provides auction details, including VINs, so you'll know which cars are which. (There's one car that's now been sold 3 times on BaT, bringing more each time!)
Note: it's now easier to switch between the "by Date" and "by Mileage" plots -- they are clickable tabs at the top left, just above the plot title, and are accessible in both normal and full-screen view. This means that the only difference between the two hyperlinks below is which view comes up when you first land:

Updated today.
Two notable results in the past week: an apparently excellent 7,400-mile black '08 CR failed to meet reserve at $60K; but a 52,000-mile '00 NFR brought over $31K (plus fees) -- a record on BaT for an AP1 of that mileage. Both results, I think, demonstrate the critical role of a BaT seller: they must inspire confidence in bidders who, after all, are committing to buy the car without ever seeing it in person.
The CR's disappointing result was in an auction with relatively few (and often frankly mediocre) photos, and the seller was both late to respond to questions and remote to the car itself (seller in FL, car in MI), limiting his ability to respond to requests. Example: the original photo gallery didn't include the now-standard "all 10 VINs", and when the seller finally posted them just before the auction ended, some of the pics were so blurry as to be unreadable!
Meanwhile, the '00 NFR's seller (who was the original owner) provided excellent photos and was quick to answer questions throughout the auction.

Updated through today's auction. I've now added a "Date Range" filter (a "slider" style control at top right) so you can zoom in to any date range you like. This is particularly interesting when using the "By Mileage" view: keep the minimum date fixed and gradually increase the max date to show how similar-mileage vehicles have started to appreciate, especially in the Covid era. (Pro tip: apply other filters first to focus on AP1 or AP2, base or CR, etc.)

Updated through yesterday's record auction (RYP '08 CR #534 AC/Audio, $122.5K+fees=$127.5K total). The pandemic-era's upward price trend seems to show no signs of slowing, especially for the nicest examples. A couple notable examples: This 62,000-mile '04 was sold in November for $30K, 2.5 years (and 8K miles) after selling for $17.3K. That's a 73% increase! Likewise, this 2,800-mile '08 sold in December for $51.5K, an appreciation of $4.5K (9.6%) in the eight months that its buyer held it after winning it on BaT last April.
On the weaker end, this 77K-mile '07 was the first-ever auction won by the ubiquitous bidder BaTuser3 -- on their 2,424th bid! Longtime (and even casual) BaT followers recognize BaTuser3 for their habit of staking one or two very early (and usually very low) bids in hundreds upon hundreds of auctions, especially Hondas. In this case --not least because it was a No Reserve auction-- their early $15.5K bid was nearly good enough. Although it was edged out immediately by $250, that bargain price stuck right up till the last day. With an hour to go, they incremented to $16K, and surprisingly no-one challenged in the closing minutes. That auction, which closed Oc. 16, remains the first and only S2000 since Jan. 2020 that has sold on BaT for less than $20K. Despite (or because of?) the win, BaTuser3 remains active: at last check, they're at 2,654 bids and counting. (No word on their credit score, given that each bid incurs a credit card authorization.
