Default S2000's easy to sell?

I am just curious if s2k's are pretty easy to sell privately? Like if you owned one and had to get rid of it for some reason, do you think if you put it on autotrader and cleaned it up real nice and put it by a busy road with a for sale sign on it would it sell pretty quick?

My guess is right now they are an expensive toy to most people, yes there is a cult following, a small following. However, there may be more demand for a nice example when Honda finally kills the s2k.

Yes they are easy to sell if you take care of it. Try to sell an MY00 with flat driver's side bolsters, a faded rear window, and a notchy transmission...well, that's another story. Take care of the car and you can sell it quickly any time.

Agreed. The dealer where I live still knows nothing about the CR or the 2008's, either that or he's playing dumb to try and sell more S2000's claiming they aren't being made anymore. I'm thinking the latter of the two.

I actually think it would be nice to kill off the S2000, very selfish of me I know, but I already have mine. It would definitely make the car even more unique and much easier to sell if needed......it wont be needed though with me

Yeah thats true, I guess someone is always looking for a s2k in good condition somewhere in the country. Thank god for the internet, it has made selling a car so much easier. I sold the V6 accord I used to have to a guy in North Dakota, and I am in Virginia....haha. So I guess a s2k would be no problem.
