I think thats just a different tune for civic SI with vtec already. I think for that chip the engine has to be vtec able already, then it can boost the power. Its called JAWdroppers, not VTEC chip or VTEC to an engine without. Just my observations. Im not an expert though! I just get a fishy feeling of that link. Ebay

Wow, 67 S2000s at once place...crazy! And to think they all had their hoods up so the OP's friend could look at the VTEC-less engines. Simple amazing coincidence!

I'm gonna lower them all, they'll be hella flush slammed on sick ass ce28n's.

Man a lot of thought was put into to this considering it wasnt funny hahah
