Well, if you are serious and want a serious answer,
It probably cant be done. If it is in fact possible, it will probably
require components that arnt redily available.
Did you know that the F20c motor at 9K rpm is undergoing TWICE the stress as it is when it is at 8K rpm?
For it to rev to 11K rpm, the piston speeds would be astronomical.
(as if they arnt high enough already at 9 grand)
What you need to replace is:
EVERYTHING. Rods, valves, springs, crank (de-stroke it), everything.
Problem is, I am not sure that the stuff that we can buy will stand 11K rpm. I highly doubt it.
You need to go talk to the Indy or F1 people or something.
Or just get a streetbike.
