Default S2K 2003 Suspension Question

I've just recently bought a 2003 S2K. I loved it when I test drove it, but one thing I noticed a few days after I purchased it is the amount of jostling and road feel you get. I mean, you feel every bump and curve on the road to the extent that I feel like I'm vibrating and bouncing on my seat when I'm on the freeway. My question is if this is the case on all S2K's or does my car need a look over? Are the suspension really that tight? ( it's feels great on corners though.) Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah I have an '03 and it's a pretty stiff ride. The suspension really has a tight feel to it. I wouldn't worry.

Make sure your spring spacers were removed at the dealer.

Check the tire pressure. Tires on my '03 was at over 40 psi from the dealer and the ride was quite harsh. Recommended pressure is 32 psi.

Thanks for the input guys. Yeah I checked my pressure on the first day and it was at 40 psi. I'll double check on the spring spacers.

If anyone has professional or personal advice -
I am planning to add 18-19" rims to my S2000. Do I need to get adapters? and if I lower them 1" or more is that trouble? Which system is best : Ground Control (adjustable) or Neuspeed or Buddy Club? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

make sure you check the air pressure when the outside temp is cool, that your car is not in the sun, and that your car has not been driven for a few hours. otherwise, you may get an inaccurately high pressure reading. the pressure can be 5psi +/- higher in the conditions i've mentioned above. dropping your psi to 32 in those conditions will make the tire pressure too low. this may give you a better feeling ride, but the handling characteristic will be altered slightly, not to mention you'll get premature tire wear on the outside edges.

Are most of the S2k's in the US have their spacers taken off? Will it be on the bottom or top of the spring?
