from autos.msn.com front page

Looks an awful lot like my S2K, except for split door window. Also, the steering wheel is on the right. Is it the japanese version?

Notice the girl driving? That's how you know its a Miata.


Just kidding, couldn't resist. Window frames, painted windshield surround, mirror stalks, and door curve are all Miata.

You're right, it's previous generation Miata.
