Default S2K Crash Test

Frontal-Side impact crash test. The S holds up pretty well. Such a waste of an NFR though. Why couldn't it have been a silver?

Check THIS out

Wow, very cool video....thanks for posting that. I agree, Honda really did a great job for such a small car.....of course, it is a good thing that the nose is so long, gives extra "crush space" up there. I am always amazed at how quickly those airbags work....

That looks like a good performance to me. There seems to be no deformation of the A-pillar and it looks like the passenger compartment remains intact. If you want to see a car crumple up like a tin can, check out some footage of the Isuzu Rodeo or the last generation GM minivans. The A-pillar literally folds in half. Looks like you could be killed in either one if you accidentally pull too far forward in the garage and hit the barbeque grill.

A side impact is top concern as well, I know My Honda Element did not do very good on the side impact test, at all...

There are no cars produced today that will keep you alive at 50mph side impact with a mack truck. That includes the H2, Tahoe, etc.
