I don't have a S2000, just a car enthusiast. I have a Benelli M1 Super 90, a SIG P230, and a Beretta 92.

It all started with Daisy BB guns, then Crossman pellet guns a marlin .22 semi auto ..

My favorites are
Browning High Power 9mm
and a
Winchester lever 30-30

Bowie has had a great outdoor range for about 80 years. Parks and Planning decide to add the old train track right of way next to the range to the WB&A bike trail. We've bought all of the land surrounding the range over the years to provide a buffer from development. The only land we couldn't own, was the right of way. We've been working in good faith with MD Parks and Planning since we first heard of the plans (probably 10 years ago). They've pretty much ignored us and put the trail right behind the pistol range. We shut down the range, to prevent injuries and since Parks and Planning had not approved our $1,000,000 range improvement plans. We went to arbitration in hopes of getting P&P to seriously consider alternative plans. The government arbiter just told us the P&P can arbitrarily deny any of the plan that it wants.

How about that for damage caused by one government bureaucrat by just not doing anything.

Wow what a bummer 'smyroad. I've gotten used to these kinds of things. One of the nice parts of growing up in the late 50's was the strong respect for the gun that a greatful nation had after the world wars. U didn't need a range u could go shoot just about anywhere's that there wasn't any homes or bldgings. I remember a great junkyard range along a bay where everyone dumped their old major appliances. What a blast shooting tv sets, reefers and washer / dryers

Not a gun nut, per se, but I do enjoy slinging some lead every now and then, and I also have a concealed handgun license.

Some of my toys are: 1) Russian made SKS - a great bargain at about $120; 2) Ruger P89 9mm; 3) Ruger 1022 Carbine w/scope; 4) Ruger Mark II stainless steel .22 pistol with bull barrel (a really fun gun); 5) Remmington 870 shotgun.
