Where is this located. Is it just a portion of your VIN??

Do you know how they are generated? Are they consecutive coming off the line for all S2K regardless of their destination?

I have a 2000 model that I bought near the end of the 2000 year and it is number 9087. Is this an indication of the number of S2K's that made it to America or all over the world?
