Default S2k is my savior

Before i had bought my S2K i had a crappy V6 mustang. My dad would always tell me i would get tickets driving a sports car that would stand out in the crowd..... Well i blew a head gasket and decided to buy an AP1 S2k...

Now.. I have never gotten a ticket before.. And the fact that i was 20 when i bought the S2k (22) now. And never really gotten a ticket is impressive.

I always drive my S2k like i am on a track. Nothing to be proud of.. But thats the truth.. I will redline the hell out of it. Drive it rough around corners etc.. I mostly drive it on Backroads...

I can't believe how lucky i have been while driving this car though.. It blows my mind... a year ago when i bought this car i moved into a new apartment located in Warrenton. VA... One night i was doing 55 in a 25 zone through Old town... Sure enough... Lights behind me,... I pulled over... Cop asks me where i live etc and i tell him i just moved to warrenton and im sorry about speeding. Cop says he will not get me for speeding but instead charge me for not having the Warrenton Town decal sticker ($15).

The next time i get pulled over.. Months after the town decal one... I pull out of a gas station onto a 50mph road. I have a sports bike right behind me and we both get up to 110mph. When we hit corner where trees block the sight. A cop car is sitting right there. I figured i broke the law, i should stop... So i stop. The bike gets away. The dude talks to me for awhile about impounding the vehicle and sending me to jail. But decided to give me Failure to obey highway sign (30 dollars)

Today i was out after work drinking and playing pool with some of my friends. I decided i could have 3 beers in four hours of playing pool there. When im done i get into my car and i start driving home. A firetruck with sirens on passes me on a 45 while im doing 65.... All of a sudden. I see the lights in my rearview mirror... It's a cop.I pull into a parking lot. He asks for my license... Runs it..... Comes back and gives me a ticket for being to close to an emergency vehicle while driving a sports car (?). Nothing about alcohol... Im not saying i was driving drunk., But i could definitely have been given a ticket for doing so. My S has been a Saviour...

this is a joke post, right?
You got lucky through the grace of some very generous cops. Luck doesn't last forever. Stop driving like an ass before you hurt somebody.
