All I have to say is holy s... there is no comparison, only 800 miles on the car and the owner let me chirp the first three gears.

I think its somethiing like 418 bhp and 3.8 to 60 with all wheel drive.
The shifter throws are slightly longer on the porsche but I will never forget the ride! The turbo spools up so quiickly there is gobs of torque even in third at 25 mph. Well got to go.

Okay, would you rather have a 911 Turbo or 4.12121212 Stooks? You decide.

I can only drive one car at a time and I don't like my friends that much. I'll take the 911 T.

Screw that, gimme the Porsche GT2!!!!!

The May Car & Driver has a sweeeeeeet article on it. A very nice GT2 in flamin' bright red. Thing looks awesome. The kind of car you'd sell your mother for.

In that same mag, in the "Up Front" column is a write-up on the new Subaru WRX STi coming out late next year or early 2003. For anyone not familiar with Subaru-ese, STi is Subaru Technica International, the in-house tuning division. They do the prep work for the rally cars and stuff. The STi versions of the road-going WRXs overseas are the really good ones.

In the States we'll get upgraded brakes, wider tires, a 6-speed....... Damn. IwantIwantIwant!!! My girlfriend can take my 2.5RS. She loves it anyway. Hopefully STi will babe out the WRX wagon, not just the sedan. Then I'll be in love.

Well.... TRULY in love if I can have an S2000, too...

Its truly an unfair comparison. When my dad's friend offerred me the keys I nearly wet my pants. I planned it perfectly. As soon as I heard about this guy's car collection the wheels started turning. I arranged a golf game with the guy and spent the whole day talking cars and sucking up. I did not even have to let him drive the stook because I am down here on vacation in FLA. Anyway, I kissed his ass so bad my lips are now brown! I even called him Uncle Roger while ttreating him to 151 pina coladas.

His collection includes a modded 99 corvette with really cool bbs wheels, rear air intakes and custom hid lights with fans in the housings, a boxster-s and a mint showvrooommm coondition fully restored red pantera and a heavily modded lightning svt. I still have a smile on my face and I got some good video to boot.

One variation of my ultimate garage:

Breathed on WRX.
Nicely tuned S2000 (lots of Mugen bits).
RUF RG-T.

Droool . . .
