Default S2k Window Shade

I'm stuck at work, and have a VERY slow Internet connection this morning. I've tried doing searches here as to what sun shade (windshield shade) people use.

I found somewhere that Rick's used to sell window shades, but I couldn't find them on the site.

So here's the question. What do you shove in your windshield (if anything) when you park out in the sun? (And where did you find it?) I'm trying to avoid buying a PepBoyz 'one size fits all' shade, and cutting it to fit.

Thanks

handaaccessories sells a custom fit one, less than $20 and works well, rolls up and fits behind seat if you aren't 6' tall

Go to Target and get the one that folds up into a small, flat circle. It's gold on one side and black on the other. They are very inexpensive, cover your entire windshield, and fold up so small you can store it under either front seat.

I've always used the fold up ones (like the original design that was made of cardboard) but in this car, you have no where to put it.

The shade I'm telling you about is very inexpensive (<$10). I believe the size is L. Anyhow, the S2000 is listed on the back of the package so check it.

Highly recommended.

i just took a regular sunshade that i had in my old car, and cut it to fit. Quick simple and cost me like $3 or something.

No, this is not something we ever offered. I won one, but it lives in the turnk and never sees the light.

<minor hijack, sorry>
What I'd really like is some sort of thing to put over the seat, for when I leave the car outside with the top down. Man, that black leather has been scorching my backside lately.

I can picture what I want in my head -- something like a fitted sheet, that just pops on over the top of the seat and then hooks down on the bottom part of the seat, made of some sort of light, reflective fabric.

Anybody ever heard of something like this?

The sun shield offered here covers both the front and side glass. It's a perfect fit, so it doesn't fall down. Great stuff. I just ordered additional sets for my other cars.
