Question s2kless for about 3 hours and counting.........

yeh i droppped thje s2k off for repainting and dent/fender repair today.......Its nice out and I do miss her and they didn't have a neon in stock so i got a grandam from enterprise. Should've gotten the aveo cause parking is a bitch!!!! I thought the s2k was hard to park.....Well the grand am auto is an ok car if you just wanna get to point A to point B. I do like the AC def way colder than the s2k, less wind noise, back seats and I can just park it wherevre the I wanna park and not give a shit lol...seroiusly peace of mind is awesome. Way way less attention than the s2k but that is actually pretty cool since I'm low key now compared to my s2k. Traffic in auto is also a breeze. Driving this car made me realize a car is usally just to get to point A to B and not something to obsess about......

I mean I scratched my s2k and had to get a paint job ASAP plus other stuff done which is costing me $$$$$. If this had been done to the grandam I wouldve just said fuk it. Oh well I do miss the s2k though and its def not fun to drive the grandam.

The good thing is that the s2k, will have a brand new paint on the bumper, and the Amuse lip will be back to perfect condition I get her back in 2 days wednesday afternoon which will be hotter than it will be 90 on thursday here in Seattle It was just interesting to drive a newer "passenger" car and compare it to the s2k as a sports car which isn't a fair comparison.

Also gotta mention a crazy accident on I-5 on my way to the gym. A semi truck with lots of lumber/wood jackknifed into the median and wood was eveywhere and totally crushed the side fences on the freeway. the front cab was damaged also!! Never seen a semi roughed up like that.

I love rental cars.

Last summer, I had a Mustang for three weeks while my car was in the shop. I won't even mention half the stuff I did that probably shortened engine/tranny life by 50%. We drove it through a 6' pile of manure at the local park the night before it was due back. Enterprise asked what the funny smell was the next day.
