Default S2Ks - Popular with the old folks, too!

I was cruising down Market St in Charleston today, enjoying the lovely day with the top down. An older woman approached me when I was at a stoplight (she was probably in her late 60s), and my first thought was, "Guess I need to turn down the music." Couldn't have been more wrong - she said, "Nice car - I have a 2005." *blink* "Yeah, this is an '05 too." "I know. They're lovely machines - never give yours up." With a huge grin, I promised not to. Later on the way home, I took a 25 MPH offramp at 60 and reminded myself why that would always be true.

It made my day! I hope I'm that awesome when I'm old.

My 74 year old aunt still has an MY00 NFR as her daily driver - one of the first original owners. I saw her a couple of months ago; she was fuming about some idiot putting a door-ding in her baby.

I'm 60+ and get some weird looks from kids in EG6s when I roll by in my Mugenized AP2. You'll never need Viagra if you drive an S.

That's funny; my ex used to tell me she liked riding in my LS1 280Z due to the "glorious noise and vibration."

I was stationed in Virginia in the late 90's and a man who lived near the base was at least 80 years old and owned an Integra Type R, needless to say, he was an inspiration

My 73Rd birthday was a couple of weeks back.
I bought my S2k a couple of years back, as a 71St birthday present for myself, when my son "borrowed" my 330 BHP 4.6L Triumph TR8.
I found I missed having something with a bit of go.
