Default Sad story for today! ahaha

so i started off going to my old auto class (bc its part of a program for the college im at) pretty much i apprentice a teacher and do whatever he wants me to.. luckly hes cool and i just work on my car all day... so i go in to change my brakes today bc they were sqeaking alot!! the car has 60,000 miles on it so i decided to measure the rotors on it with there equipment... the rotors had alot more thickness variation then was normal so we had to use this machine to file them down to make them perfect... i ended up spending 8 hours of work just to finished this job...mostly because i had to explain to different classes what i was doing and everything....after were done i go and drive the car and its still sqeaking!!! and it turns out i changed the wrong frieken brake pads!!! the rears were actually the ones sqeaking... i couldve sworn it was the front making the noise... so pretty much spent 8 hours changing the wrong brakes : (... at least im getting payed for this little program or i wouldve cried! so that was my story for today hope you all enjoyed and dont make the same mistake!!

Considering you found the rotors to have some variation more than normal and got paid to fix that too, I wouldn't consider it a wasted effort.
