I'd do it, but there are a few extra precautions I'd take into consideration........first if it was wrecked, I'd take it to a body shop, or remove some of the panels/fenders/bumpers/etc.......and see if you can see any crumpled up shit, and then take it to a professional to check out the frame. If it was a theft recovery I'd say just make sure everything was replaced..........

Also, this car is for you......it'd be hard to buy it and turn around and sell it and make a profit.......

I'd say go for it though

i think 15k a lot for a salvaged title. I just got mine for 17k not salvaged w/30k miles. but if you do id go with a salvaged title due to theft, theres one for sale for 14k, i believe on the for sale section

Try auto trader...I was there last night and there were a couple MY01 - 02 going for 10k-12k...15k for a salvage is much.

15K is too much for a salvage. I would like to get a salvage for a race car and strip the heck out of it.

You also have to consider that you will not be able to purchase full coverage for a salvaged vehicle. A flood car is definately a no-no as well. Good luck.
