43K miles of supercharged bliss. No issues at all. I've been very happy (lucky?) with my SC experience on the S2000. Mine is a Comptech + Aftercooler setup.

Hey guys, what kind of gas mileage are you getting w/ the SC?

Mine dropped drastically after putting on 19s all around. Whatever my AEM V.2 CAI added to my acceleration was quickly negated by these heavy ass wheels, but I love their looks.

Wouldn't want my S to turn into a Hummer at the pump if I SC it.

What does a supercharger do to reliability? I'm currently using my S as a daily driver and I plan to SC it in about 16 months, when my warranty is over.

Will it drastically cut down engine life expectancy? If I SC it, will I need to get another car and only use the S for weekends?

I really don't push the car very often, though I would like to feel a little more power and torque at low and mid range.

From my experince you won't get much of anything on the low and a noticable, yet slight, increase mid range. The S/C really comes alive with Vtec.

I just got my S2000 and am scheming to move up my S/C install. I had intended to wait for 6 months or more, but now would just assume get down to business.

Are you really happy and satisfied from the power which you get from the SC?

Why are you tuning your SC?

this is my question as well. I now have an 01 integra and usually get around 28-31mpg so this summer when I get a S2k, I know I'm already going to have to get gas more often. On civics and integras, I've seen all kinds of SC'd motors and they all get increases of fuel economy, is this the same for the F20?

Please keep in mind that the following is in miles per Canadian gallon, which is bigger than your US gallon AND the number for "after" S/C install was also with 4.44 gears. I never did a mileage check with the 4.44's alone. Anyway, it's the comparison that is of intertest.

Stock --- best highway mileage was 39.9, city was 25.0.
With S/C and 4.44's --- best highway along the same stretch of road was 36.9, city is now about 22.0.

This is also with a straight bolt on, untuned S/C.
