Well, he is not trying to scam but he's a d!ck. I don't know how s2ki.com deals
with these people or whoever try to sell stuff here. I don't think he's a sponsor or anything.

Here's the story:
I saw this ad on Grouy Buy and For sale forum for the oem style kit. for $325 + shipping. I emailed him and he offer to send the whole kit to me for $360 shipped.
Then I paypal him the money. and he email he will send the kit tomorrow.
I kept waiting, then ask him again by writing him another email. He said
he's waiting for the boxes so that he can ship the kit. I replied and said
can't you just send the kit to UPS and have them pack it for you. Later he
email and give me lame excuses and try to charge me $60 more for shipping
'cuz he said shipping will cost more. I asked for a full refund. $360 + paypal
fee. He refused. I lost $11 paypal fee but it's okay. I just hate the way he
does business. He said it is my fault that I did not confirm the return policy
with him. I mean, I want the stuff and I paypal you the money. How the
hell do I know you will try to jack up the shipping cost by $60??!!
He said it is my fault and I should have confirmed him the policy. But it
was his fault to incrase the shipping cost!! and he said he usually charge
25% for restocking the item, what a rip off!!! I mean, I did not even
get the kit. I asked for a refund simply because his sorry ass try to
charge me more. Am I wrong? I dont think so!!!

Sorry, I had to vent here and also to warn people here. Please do not order
any sort of stuff from him 'cuz you, might be like me, got ripped off!

Out of curiosity, I checked out H and A to check the kit out. It sounds like a scam to me. $325 seems a little too good to be true (as H and A sells all the parts for $1034.40+shipping), unless he was selling the parts off his car. If it was off his car why was it primed per his post? The originals come painted already per the H and A site. I just read his post and he never replied to the other question by A_MAY_ZING. Also, isn't the group buy / sale forum for sponsors or individuals. If he is charging a restocking fee then Cthree should jump on his rear for not paying sponsorship dues or lock him out.

I know this is not what you wanted to hear (but you posted). I would have asked more questions based on the information in his thread before sending him any money. Also, Paypal does not charge the sender for transactions - what is your $11 charge from? How did you lose it? Why would that be ok?

Good luck and contact Cthree with the documentation of his restocking fee. That alone would be enough for me to try and collect sponsorship funds for S2KI (as Cthree) or vanquish the character.
