Very sorry to hear this and for your trouble. I only emailed Richard and he always got back to me within 24 hours. I don't know why this is happening. This is VERY unfortunate!
I would say this... If you can't get good service eventually feel free to go to SOS. They have always been great to deal with on my purchases and any technical questions.
Good luck Sir!

This is unfortunate. Richard was easy to work with, especially for being across the world from us here in the States.
I hate to say this but If it were me, I would file a claim right away to your credit card company. Get it on record that you do not have a product you paid for. This will probably piss off TTS, but as much as I want to see another S2000 owner with a TTS kit (I REALLY REALLY DO), it isn't worth getting ripped off.
Another thought, keep in mind that Richard has been in business for quite some time. He is no amateur, perhaps some things happened at his shop that would make the kit be delayed. He is a custom shop that fabricates parts of his kits one off (at least from what I have seen). So he needs lead time to make the kits. Heck, maybe his fabricator needed a week off for personal issues. What ever the case, I would still file a claim, or at least get into contact with your credit card company to tell them what is happening.
Please, do not turn this into a bashing thread until everything is resolved

I would call him and ask for a reinbursment unless you really REALLY want that kit. I would just say you advertised a 4 week wait and its been much longer, I would like my money back. If he does not want to do that I would atleast try and get him to put a rush shipping on it. I used to do shipping and logistics. If he is willing to pay the kit can get to you in 5 days with customs from anywhere in the US. If he is not willing to do either option then either just wait or file a claim with your credit card company and get your money back when they process it.
