Default Scratched center console

Hi guys,

During an evasive manuever to avoid, of all things, a squirrel, my camera went flying in the cockpit and scratched that front portion of the center console, where the ROOF button and Hazard light button is. The sliding door is fine.

Anyone off hand know the part # and if it's an easy DIY to replace?

BTW I have an '05

Thanks in advance

Check this link.. has a blowup of the console. It'll give you an idea of prices.. Majestic's usually cheaper than your local Honda dealer.

Next time, smash the squirrel!

Hardtopguy sold me mine for $255 if I recall. I sold the scratched one for 85.

The center console is easy to replace.

As an alternative, you can remove the scratched pieces and refinish them.

I bought a used '05 console to upgrade my '02. The console had an evil scratch, and was completely flood damaged with water and sand.

Here's the scratch:

After some elbow grease and refinishing:

Good Luck!

ok...elbow grease and cash.

To refinish the one scratched piece is no big deal, though.
