Herez the thing.

I haven't washed or waxed my S2000 for about two months till just yesterday. As I was going through with the soap and water I found over 10 scratchs on my car. Few on the bumper, few on the upper fenders (both fenders), and few on the hood. Their small enough that itz not too visible (but not THAT small) but wax won't make it dissappear either. I found that few of them were actually paint damages. So I need some suggestions. Would using a touch up paint make it worse or better?

Touch-up paint will only look better if you go through the zillion step process of cleaning/sanding/primer/paint/sand/paint/sand/polish/wax..
