What happened to the good ole days of S2KI when the Search function worked? Back when it was the standard VBulletin search it always returned the perfect results.

Just now I searched for "windshield" and got back a page saying there were no matches. Odd...I know people have posted messages about windshields. So I use the advanced search and then I get a blank white page.

I also tried "PPG Glass" and "PPG Windshield" to narrow the searching, thing perhaps the script couldn't take all the matches- but nothing.

i have the same problems with running searches, either i get nothing at all or, stuff not even close to what i was searching for.

 

It seems that if you use the advanced search, and select a specific forum to search, then it works. I was able to get some information that way.

I kind of miss the old search that highlighted the search term matches in the page when it displayed, but I guess it must have been slowing things down.

The other thing I've noticed is that I randomly receive emails when someone replies to a thread I participated in. I have the Email notification checked by default, but for instance- I did not get a message telling me about the reply to this message, yet a topic I participated in 4 months ago became active again and I got email about it. Very strange.

I just put "windshield" in the search and selected S2000 in the forum search and found stuff on windshields. Try that.
