Resources

Car 1 S2000
Car 2 Volvo Wagon
Bicycle
8 Mounted Tires

Constraints

You have to move everything yourself.

Activity

All resources begin at your home.
You need to get the mounted tires changed over at a shop 5 miles from your home then get all resources back home.

Good luck (my answer will follow)

1. [optional] Buy a floor jack.
2. Change at home.

That's why they are mounted already, right?

My local tire shop does the seasonal change overs for free.

I completed the job earlier in the week and was trying to see how process oriented folks on this site would approach the job (fun for us nerdy engineer types).

I run 2 sets of wheels on the Volvo because I have 17 inch rims for nice weather and 15 inch rims for winter.

Since I expect to keep the S2000 a long time, I got a second set of factory rims to simplify the process and avoid the expense to mounting and balancing twice a year.

I don't think I understand the question. I, too, have 2 cars, 8 extra wheels & tires, a bicycle. I do all of it at home myself. But then again, I've always been sort of medically inclined. The engineers here used to, and probably still do, hang whole cars from the ceilings of University buildings. Surely you don't need to go to a tire shop?
