Default Seat advice for the track

Short of a racing seat what are my options for a snugger fit at the track. A harness that will fit our stock seats? I tried some sticky rubbery matting that is used to keep a rug stuck to the floor, but it didnt work. Any advice would be helpful.

Gain some weight.

You might wanna check your seating position; you may be too far away. Ideally, you should be close enough so that when seated upright, with your back flat against the seat, your wrist will rest right on top of the steering wheel. It seems pretty close, but once you're out there and throwing the car around the track, you'll thank yourself for sitting like a grandma. (It gives you more leverage from your legs to the floor and arms to the steering wheel.)
