I know about the old seat belts but have not heard about the new ones that are attached to the seats (lower part).

anybody have a manual handy (2007? ++)to check the torque amount and bolt size for me.

2005 Seat front bolt (2) 16lbf/ft. Rear bolt (2) 22lbt/ft.
2006-2007 Seat front bolt (2) 16lbf/ft. Rear bolt (2) 29lbt/ft.
Seatbelt buckle, anchor bolt 25 lbf/ft same for 05' to 07'
Upper anchor bolt at your shoulder is 24lbf/ft all year.
====> Same as lower anchor bolt left side belt connect to your seat 24lbf/f
seatbelt retractor inside your roll bar is 24lbf/f and small retrctor mounting screw is 7.2lbf/f
