Seat Belts Won't Retract

I bought and am repairing a 2002 roll over. Both seat belts are fully extended and will not retract. Anyone know what's up with that? Howe do I fix/correct this problem.

Ayelien,

The seat belt pre-tensioners have been activated. It's an explosive device, similar but smaller than the charge of an airbag module. (Most probably the airbags went off too).

The seat belts are now useless and you will have to replace them.
