Question seat locks?

going back to school in the fall and i might be moving to an apartment by the university.
this past weekend i was apartment hunting and while parked and looking around one of the complex, this kid walks up. tells me that if i don't already have some seat locks, that i should get some.
we talked for a bit and i find he owns a rsx. happens that someone recently broked into his car and jacked his seats amongst other valuables.
so now, i'm not only no longer moving into those apartments but i'm also thinking of getting some seat locks.
question is where and how much? are there such things?

Hi quality product - don't remember what I paid, but it was less than a pair of new seats

Hmmm, I had never thought about this but I do plan on parking my car with the roof down on some streets that can be somewhat shady. How do these seat locks work? Can you just take some extra bolts and fabricate something different so that the average theif wouldn't know what they were doing? (I'm thinking carriage bolts with no way to grip them on the top).
